In order to keep key competences in-house, Liebherr has always maintained a comparably high level of vertical integration in its manufacturing concept. Own component manufacture covers complete drive and control systems for the Group’s construction machinery as well as for other applications – this includes electrics, transmissions, electronics, hydraulics and diesel engines.
